All of our tea blends are made in small batches from the highest quality organic teas, herbs and botanicals from trusted and sustainable sources.

Not yet, but we will soon offer an organic black tea blend. We presently offer green tea blends and herbal tea blends.

All our packaging is sustainable, reusable or recyclable. By offering loose leaf tea, there’s no tea bags involved, so that’s even less packaging to contend with.

Please note that if you have an allergy to any herb or tea, we cannot guarantee that there hasn’t been any cross contamination.

All orders are generally processed between 24 to 48 hours.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If your order was damaged in shipping, please reach out to getlifted@teaoflight.com and our team will do our best to assist you and ensure you are happy with your order. Please note the merchandise must be:
- in saleable condition;
- unused with all original packaging;
- the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase, and you have your receipt.

You can cancel your subscription at any time for future orders. Subscriptions that have already been processed will not be refunded.

As soon as you place your order, it goes into the cue  and is shipped within 2-3 days. For monthly subscriptions, this means that every month, your subscription will renew on your monthly billing date and your box will ship within a couple days of your payment. Same goes for gifts.
