Courage is the tea blend we turn to when we need encouragement, and are in need of a reminder of just how strong we are. As we drink this tea, we fortify our resilience in the face of fear or adversity. We can, we will, and we do.

Organic rooibos tea, organic rosehip, organic hawthorn, organic elderberry

Organic rooibos tea
Rooibos tea, or red bush tea, comes from a shrub native to South Africa. It is said to be packed with antioxidants, magnesium and zinc, and to be a natural source of energy. We’ve loved the taste and benefits of rooibos since working alongside a close friend who is a world renowned blendmaster.

Organic rosehip
Rosehips are the fruit of the rose flower. They are believed to be a source of Vitamin C, a potent antioxidant, and an immune boost.  They are also used in the treatment of osteoarthritis.  

Organic hawthorn leaves
Hawthorn is a shrub in the rose family. Hawthorn contains substances that may be of benefit to the heart. It is said to reduce cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, to be anti-inflammatory, and to be loaded with antioxidants.

Organic elderberry
The elderberry is one of the most used wellness plants in the world. Its berries are said to be high in antioxidants, and Vitamin C. The elderberry is believed to boost the immune system.
