So my question to you is: What state of being is your intention for this new year?
Your state of being is the quality of your current experience. It can be influenced by your emotions, your thoughts, your mood, your beliefs, your reality and the energy you feel in and around you. A state of being is ephemeral -- that means it’s transitory and is not written in stone. A negative state of being can be changed, and transformed. A positive state of being can be fortified and enhanced.
I’m really super happy to launch Tea of Light. It was a natural procession for me to launch a tea company. I’ve been working with the tea industry for decades. I’ve apprenticed and learned from some of the world’s best blendmasters and tea experts in North America and Japan. I’ve also been drinking wellness teas since I’ve been a teen and my mother started consulting a herbalist.
Each tea comes with a positive message on the packaging to go further into the experience. And as an author of personal transformation books, I also write a personal hand-written note to each tea drinker for support and encouragement.
